    Job Description

    The HR Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, working closely with HR product teams, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to document, track and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency and are in alignment with business goals.

     

    The Project Manager oversees compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements for their in-scope project delivery portfolio.

    Basic Qualifications

    -Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with one to three or more years of relevant experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    -Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and outcomes are met

    -Technical knowledge and ability to plan, organize, and coordinate efforts

    -Able to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (programmers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)

     

    -Excellent oral and written communication skills

     

    -Ability to work well with team-members and end user clients

     

    -Proven experience with managing work within a technical product management enterprise

     

    -Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Jira), and integrations

     

    -Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices

     

    Location Expectations

     

    This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
