How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Part-Time Flight Ops Support Coordinator provides subject matter expertise to support key initiatives within Delta Air Lines Flight Training & Standards. This flexible, project-based role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and specialized knowledge in flight operations or training. The coordinator contributes to curriculum development, compliance efforts, and training enhancements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and training initiatives.
+ Collaborate with Flight Training support teams to execute assigned project tasks.
+ Provide subject matter expertise and strategic input on training and operational projects.
+ Develop, revise, and maintain training materials as needed.
+ Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
+ Review and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by Flight Training management.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Foundational knowledge of FAA Part 121 operations.
+ Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure.
+ Bachelor’sDegree required.
+ Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in Office 365 and Delta/DPS software platforms.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
