    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Responsible for managing, implementing, measuring, and directing all Supply Chain related activities in all Procedural Areas

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Clean up and maintain O.R. PAR locations and other master files in the POU and SMART system

    + Manage the OR Supply Chain Technicians and O.R. Internal Control Coordinator

    + Prepares schedule for the onsite O.R. Supply Chain Operations

    + Responsible for the daily Supply Chain Operations within the O.R. to include requisitioning, inventory and delivery of all O.R. supply

    + Responsible for implementation and management of the O.R. perpetual inventory system (POU) to include supply optimization for all areas managed by Supply Chain

    Education & Experience:

    + High School Diploma Required

    + Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Three years leadership experience preferred and/or AD program graduate preferred

    Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    Work is performed in an office, and in the pharmacy and hospital environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
