Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Logistical Field Service Representative (FSR)** to deliver fielding, integration, testing, and maintenance of the USAFE "Ground Air Transmit Receive" GATR systems, to include understanding and performing the functions, operations, field level maintenance/repair, technical services (field and remote), installation services, setup services, and customer training of the "Ground Air Transmit Receive" GATR systems. Position is logistically focused but will require you to be able to assist in field FSR duties. ****This position is located at Ramstein AB, Germany (International Assignment) *NO REMOTE WORK****
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Responsible for coordinating logistical support for remote "Ground Air Transmit Receive" GATR sites, to include in partner nation countries.
+ **Assisting with:**
+ Creating military shipping documents moving items to multiple locations
+ Tracking shipments with Integrated Global Convergence (IGC)
+ Managing all project hardware & software procurement activities
+ International shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management
+ Management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
+ Hardware & Software Obsolescence tracking
+ Tracking of hardware & software maintenance & repair actions
+ **Assisting with:**
+ Site installation, bed-down and activation.
+ Tracking hardware/software assets, inventory, upgrading, removing/replacing faulty equipment materials, interacting with the Government POCs and following prescribed procedures and processes.
+ Documents work activities/details per reports and deliverables, maintains accurate site documentation, such as configurations, and topologies.
+ Supports network configuration/asset management activities and accurately creates or modifies network documentation to reflect the as-is and/or to-be environment.
+ Daily monitoring of "Ground Air Transmit Receive" GATR systems and network status.
+ Coordinates network upgrades and plan maintenance activities with Air Base Air Defense program and customer stakeholders.
+ Proactively identifies potential issues before they impact users; recommends and/or applies corrective actions to mitigate issues.
+ Frequent travel to installation sites throughout Europe to identify and resolve issues
+ Occasional antenna climbing for maintenance
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of recent specialized experience or associate’s degree plus 7+ years of recent specialized experience or Major certification plus 7+ years of recent specialized experience or 11+ years of recent specialized experience in lieu of degree
+ Experience with hardware/software procurement, handling, & inventory management
+ Must have or obtain Fall Protection / Working at Heights certifications in compliance with international standards (OSHA, ANSI, ISO, IRATA/SPRAT).
+ Must have or obtain a minimum current “Authorized Climber” Certification (preferred: NATE/ANSI/TIA-222 or equivalent)
+ Must have current RF Awareness Training for safe exposure limits around live antennas.
+ Experience supporting network configuration/asset management activities
+ Proactively identifies potential issues before they impact users; recommends and/or applies corrective actions to mitigate issues.
+ Will need to frequently travel to installation sites throughout Europe to identify and resolve issues
+ Secret clearance is required.
+ Must be eligible for a NATO security clearance.

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
