Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare support sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Coordinator

**Location:** Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range: $28.00/hr

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST

What's the Job?

+ Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines to meet project schedules.

+ Establish and maintain engagement across teams to ensure project goals are achieved.

+ Prepare work summaries, status reports, and document lessons learned.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of project activities including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other software applications.

+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; five years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.

+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
