Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Power Washer. The Power Washer, or pressure washing technician, is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces using high-powered pressure washing equipment, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

**PAY** $18.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ **Operate** **Pressure** **Washing** **Equipment** :Usehigh-pressurewaterspraystocleansurfacessuchasbuildings,sidewalks,vehicles,andoutdoorfurniture.

+ **Surface** **Preparation** :Inspectsurfacesforpotentialhazardsordamagebeforebeginningworkandprepareareasforcleaningbyremovingdebrisandobstacles.

+ **Select** **Cleaning** **Solutions** :Chooseappropriatecleaningagentsbasedonthesurfacetypeandlevelofdirtorstainstoensureeffectivecleaningwithoutdamage.

+ **Perform** **Routine** **Maintenance** :Conductminorrepairsandmaintenanceonpressurewashingequipmenttoensureoptimalperformanceandsafety.

+ **Customer** **Interaction** :Communicatewithclientstounderstandtheirrequirements,providejobestimates,andensuresatisfactionuponjobcompletion.

+ **Adhere** **to** **Safety** **Protocols** :Followallsafetyproceduresanduseprotectivegeartominimizerisksassociatedwithhigh-pressureequipmentandcleaningagents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

+ No prior work history required

+ Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision

+ Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery

+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

+ Excellent written, oral, and customer service skills

+ Willingness to learn new skills and train others

+ Attention to detail

+ Basic computer skills to be able to access timecards, training, and employment information

+ Ability to multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Prior power wash work experience

+ Prior experience as a floor technician

+ Experience in cleaning and restoring floor coverings such as carpet, tile, vinyl

+ Valid driver’s license
