Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Business Analyst** working in **Redmond, WA (Remote)**

Pay rate: $44/ Hour

Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Summary:

The Business Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining vendor relationships and supporting non-IT projects by acting as a business analyst. This position operates above an administrative level but below management, ensuring smooth business operations and project execution. Responsibilities include managing project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets while reporting to a Project Manager or Director.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Establish and maintain communication services across business units or between project teams and the organization.

+ Maintain storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.

+ Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.

+ Set up project and work breakdown structures.

+ Establish and document business processes.

+ Track project budgets and expenditures; monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

+ Predict potential budget overruns and provide solutions.

Required Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

+ Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

+ Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.

+ Analytical skills to assess business trends and forecast revenues and expenses.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Enterprise Applications is a plus.

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

+ 5–7 years of experience in:

+ Inventory management and reconciliation.

+ Data quality and reporting.

+ 2–3 years of experience in understanding supply chain processes and execution workflows.

**Pay Details:** $44.00 per hour
