    The Contracts Lead will be responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering customer and supplier contracts. This role ensures contractual obligations are clearly understood, risks are mitigated, and that all agreements comply with internal policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS when applicable). This position serves as a critical liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review, draft, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, NDAs, and other legal agreements.

    • Analyze contract terms and identify risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.

    • Ensure contracts are executed in alignment with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable regulations.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers.

    • Maintain organized records of active and archived contracts and modifications.

    • Collaborate closely with legal counsel, sales, operations, and finance to ensure consistent contract terms.

    • Monitor contract performance, key milestones, and deliverables.

    • Support proposal development and pricing strategies from a contractual perspective.

    • Participate in audits and ensure documentation readiness for compliance checks.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal administration, ideally in a defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing environment.

    • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, government contracts, export controls, and regulatory compliance.

    • Exceptional negotiation, written communication, and risk analysis skills.

    • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with ITAR, EAR, and working with government prime contractors or DoD agencies.

    • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification.

    • ERP or contract lifecycle management (CLM) system experience.

    **Pay Details:** $115,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
