Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for an **AI Product Manager** working in **NEWARK NJ 07102 (Remote).**
Pay Range: - $100 - 105/ hour
Shift Time:- Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm
_Job Description_
+ Own end-to-end product development for AI/software solutions that enhance and monetize Client's hardware.
+ Lead cross-functional innovation pods (5–10 members: engineers, strategists, GTM support).
+ Translate customer problems into AI/ML solutions (e.g., predictive maintenance, energy optimization, supply chain intelligence, computer vision, intelligent automation).
+ Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to assess data quality, model viability, and technical feasibility.
+ Bridge hardware realities (sensors, connectivity, edge computing) with software/AI capabilities across the IoT stack.
+ Communicate complex AI concepts to business leaders and diverse audiences.
+ Run rapid experiments to validate product-market fit and define success metrics.
+ Develop replicable playbooks for broader organizational adoption.
Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years in product management, shipping AI/ML-powered products.
+ Proven 01 product building experience in ambiguous environments.
+ Experience with physical products, IoT, or hardware-software integration.
+ Strong influencing skills in matrixed organizations.
+ Technical fluency to engage confidently with data scientists/ML engineers on model architecture, training data, and evaluation.
+ Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, prediction, generation, model evaluation.
+ Experience with generative AI products and LLM integration.
+ Familiarity with IoT stack: sensors, connectivity protocols, edge computing, cloud infrastructure.
+ Ability to translate business problems into clear AI/ML product requirements and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
+ AI product experience in industrial sectors (energy, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics).
+ Launched hardware products at scale (100K+ units).
+ IoT product management for commercial/industrial applications.
+ Familiarity with edge AI, computer vision, predictive analytics, or industrial automation.
+ Corporate innovation or transformation experience.
+ Experience working with Japanese companies and/or Japanese language skills.

**Pay Details:** $100.00 to $105.00 per hour
