Available Shifts:

+ A Shift ($19/hour): 7:00am - 3:00pm M-F

+ B Shift ($21.50/hour): 3:00pm - 11:00pm M-F

+ C Shift ($20.50/hour): 11:00pm - 7:00am S-TH

+ Morning ($19/hour): 7:00am - 7:00pm

+ Night ($21.50/hour): 7:00pm - 7:00am

Work Performed:

+ Manually remove finished bags from line and pack in cartons

+ Perform quality checks and record information.

+ Perform basic adjustments and measurements on assigned equipment with little support from the cell leader and/or group leader to maintain quality specifications.

+ Prepare input rolls for splicing to current product

+ Inform cell leader and/or group leader of operating problems.

+ Keep accurate records of reclaim and downtime.

+ Maintain clean, safe work area.

+ Demonstrate a working knowledge of all plant and departmental safety procedures and guidelines.

+ Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor and/or group leader.

+ Communicate effectively with off-going and on-coming shift personnel.

+ Give assistance to co-workers to reduce reclaim and downtime.

+ May train other personnel of lower job levels.

Requirements of Position:

+ 3-5 months as a Converting Trainee

+ Able to stand/walk for extended periods

+ Able to grip and reach

+ Able to lift up to 50lbs.

+ Good communication and organizational skills.

+ Good mathematical skills.

+ Able to work overtime as required.

+ Abide by company’s attendance policy

+ Continuous learning will be expected

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
