Production Workers – South San Francisco

**Pay:** $20/hr

**Shift:** 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Start time may vary by 1 hour) | Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

We’re looking for motivated **Production Workers** to join a leading food production company in **South San Francisco** . If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want a role with **growth potential** , this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare and assemble products according to specifications.

+ Operate manual and automated equipment.

+ Follow **food safety standards** and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** .

+ Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

+ Assist with baking and packing croutons in a team-oriented environment.

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

+ Be flexible with scheduling and overtime as needed.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Spanish language proficiency** (heavy Spanish-speaking environment).

+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** .

+ Basic math and English skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and safety.

+ Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
