    Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

    _(Mechanical, Electronic, or Medical Industry)_

    **Pay:** $20–$24 per hour (weekly pay)

    **Shift Differential:** 15% for 2nd shift

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Thu)

     

    About the Role

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll be part of a team building components that support industries ranging from **medical devices** to **agriculture** and **government applications** . You’ll work in a **clean, climate-controlled facility** with modern equipment, assembling complex parts that require focus, skill, and attention to detail.

     

    This is not repetitive production work — you’ll handle a variety of assemblies daily, with opportunities to advance into specialized areas like **Electronics** or **Gearmotor assembly** .

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble components in departments such as Magnet Assembly (Epoxy Machine), Gear Motor, or Medical/Electronics Assembly

    + Use hand and power tools to build brakes, clutches, and gear motors

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in assembly

    + Work with small parts and complex assemblies requiring precision and care

    + Support continuous improvement by maintaining quality standards and efficiency

    + Grow into advanced assembly roles with training and mentorship opportunities

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Mechanical aptitude (auto mechanics, medical assembly, or similar experience)

    + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and soldering techniques

    + Experience in mechanical repair or light assembly

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
