    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a Die Cast Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, moving metal parts throughout the cell/plant, setting up machines, and assisting with repairs and troubleshooting.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload machines

    + Perform quality checks on products

    + Move materials throughout the cell/plant

    + Set up machines and assist with repairs and troubleshooting

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery

    + Attention to detail

    + Willingness to be trained (up to 4 weeks)

    + Prior manufacturing experience

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in automotive manufacturing

    + Familiarity with aluminum/steel materials

    + Experience in quality audits and quality control

    Work in a clean and eco-friendly facility with a focus on precision manufacturing. Our operations include Assembly, Die-Cast, Shipping & Receiving, and Steel Departments. Join a team with over 30 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. We offer a three-shift operation with current openings on the 1st shift (5AM-3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3PM-1:30AM), with a shift differential for off-shift positions.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.60/hr.
