Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
The Warehouse Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to warehouse operations through administrative duties, shipping and receiving coordination, and communication support. This role requires strong technical proficiency, organizational skills, and personal accountability to ensure smooth processes and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse operations, including report preparation and document routing for signature and approval.
+ Submit weekly payables and enter orders into various platforms while coordinating lease records, small equipment orders, and freight billing.
+ Process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing shipments, including UPS deliveries, walk-in freight, and truck arrivals.
+ Generate bills of lading, log returns, and handle image documentation.
+ Partner with warehouse staff to verify returned items and ensure complete, timely data entry.
+ Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed in compliance with company standards.
+ Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications.
+ Assist the Plant Manager with internal communications, including call coordination and follow-up on unreturned or damaged equipment.
+ Support the District Sales Administrator as needed.
+ Contribute to a smooth-functioning team environment through proactive, service-oriented behavior.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Experience with recordkeeping software and data entry.
+ 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
+ 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse.
+ 1-2 years of experience assisting with training new employees.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
