Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Candidates will be performing repairs, troubleshooting, and fabrication on a wide array of systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and robotics/automation.
Responsibilities
+ Perform repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and robotics/automation systems.
+ Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on various systems.
+ Engage in fabrication tasks as required.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of automation, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
+ 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting in automotive or industrial settings.

Work Environment
This position is a 12-hour night shift role on a rotating 2-2-3 basis (6pm-6am). The work is conducted in a manual and automated foundry with multiple modules that house different technologies tailored to customer demands.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brown Deer, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

$300/hr (post-tax) for tool allowance
Working 12 hours on a holiday will yield 1 additional day of vacation
Flexed in double time under the right coverage circumstance

Unmandated, but available OT
Yearly performance evals (new employees will be at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months for pay progression)
Majority of the maintenance staff is well-tenured (Director of Facilities has been there for 19 years)
