Job Title: Low Voltage Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled low voltage technician in the installation of voice and data cables, as well as speakers, on a project in Topeka, KS. Will be working on "A Frame" ladders up to 12 feet as well as scissor lifts. Working at a large manufacturing plant with a 2-4 man crew. Installing Cat6 cable, telecom closets, door access controls, camera systems and wifi systems.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of electricians.
+ Install voice and data cables effectively.
+ Set up speakers within the specified area.
+ Ensure all installations are up to the required standards.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical work.
+ Experience with cable and low voltage installations.
+ Ability to install data cables and speakers.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to drive a lift.
Work Environment
Work inside stores, ensuring a professional and safe environment while handling installations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Topeka, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
