**Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Pelvic Health/Ortho Split

**Location:** 2940 E Banner Gateway Dr, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234

**Incentives:** Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment

**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday

**Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Our **Banner Physical Therapy** outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven **pelvic health/ortho physical therapist** to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

This outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Gilbert, AZ. Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous Pelvic Floor experience preferred. New Grads Welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

+ Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

+ Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

+ Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

+ Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

+ Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

+ Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

+ CPR certification
