    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a **skilled Industrial Painter** to join our team and help bring large-scale projects to life. You’ll be responsible for painting heavy industrial parts with precision and consistency, ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, technical expertise, and pride in craftsmanship.

    What You’ll Do

    + **Apply paint to large industrial parts** using professional spray gun techniques

    + **Prepare surfaces** through sanding, sandblasting, and other finishing methods

    + Perform **general labor tasks** that support the painting process

    + Maintain **quality control** to ensure consistent, high-standard results

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven **experience in industrial painting**

    + Strong proficiency with **spray gun application**

    + Ability to handle **labor-intensive tasks** with ease

    + Knowledge of **surface preparation techniques** (sanding, sandblasting)

    + Comfort working with **large, heavy parts**

    Work Environment

    + Blue-collar setting in a **large, open building** with multiple garage doors

    + No air conditioning, but plenty of airflow and space to work comfortably

    + Standard hours: **Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm**

    + Flexibility available with prior communication and approval

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Becker, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
