    Pay & Benefits:

    + Starting at **$16.50/hour**

    + **Guaranteed $0.50 raise every 6 months**

    + **$500 sign-on bonus** ($250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months)

    Schedule:

    + Typical hours: **Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM**

    + **Hours and days may vary based on weather and project needs**

    Responsibilities:

    + Direct traffic safely around utility work zones

    + Set up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades)

    + Monitor traffic flow and adjust as needed

    + Communicate clearly with crews and the public

    Compliance Requirements:

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    + Drug test

    + Steel toe boots (must own or purchase before orientation)

    Job Details:

    + Outdoor work in all weather conditions

    + Standing for long periods (up to 10+ hours)

    + Daily travel to job sites (up to 1-hour commute)

    + Ability to join **Laborers Local 202 Union** on Day 1

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.
