    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment including CNC machines, presses, laser tables, paint booths, forklifts, and dust collection systems. This position offers the opportunity to be a key player in maintaining operations and ensuring equipment functionality within a busy shop environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, presses, laser tables, paint booths, forklifts, and dust collection systems.

    + Trace electrical problems on various equipment.

    + Replace grounds and wire on welding machines.

    + Replace filters on dust collectors and paint booths.

    + Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on forklifts and overhead garage doors.

    + Swap out coolants and water on CNC machines.

    + Replace heads and wearables on lasers.

    + Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on hydraulic cylinders in presses.

    + Clean and repair fans.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical troubleshooting skills to trace wires.

    + Mechanical aptitude for independent project management.

    + Experience with ERP systems, order tracking, and BOM.

    + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial maintenance, and blueprint reading.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in metal shop or manufacturing maintenance preferred.

    + Ability to track repairs and preventive maintenance to create a schedule.

    Work Environment

     

    The shop consists of about 40 people across all shifts, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays. Dependability is crucial, and while there is some flexibility in the schedule, adherence to the established schedule is important.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
