Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative assistance and customer service who is detail oriented. The role involves managing daily front desk operations while providing excellent support to visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments and handling messages efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide concierge services to enhance the experience of clients and guests.
• Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary documents for staff.
• Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office workflow and address any immediate needs. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling customer inquiries.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to provide concierge-level customer service with a friendly and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and scheduling tasks.
