    Accounting Supervisor – CPA Preferred | The Woodlands, TX

     

    Join our client's oilfield services team as an Accounting Supervisor. Lead GAAP accounting and financial reporting, manage core accounting functions, and mentor a high-performing team.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cost accounting.

    + Review GAAP-compliant financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.

    + Drive process improvements and maintain internal controls.

    + Lead and develop accounting staff.

    Requirements

    What Our Client is Looking For:

    + CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required.

    + 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ years in leadership.

    + 5+ years in oilfield services, manufacturing, or construction.

    + Advanced Excel; NetSuite experience a plus.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.
