    Job Title: Business Analyst (Telecom Project)

     

    Hire Type: Contract Engagement

     

    Duration: Estimated 6-months

     

    Hours Weekly: 40

     

    Hourly Pay Rate: $40- $50 Hourly

     

    Start Date: First week of January

    Main Duties:

    • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of all telecommunications accounts and spending.

    • Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.

    • Map out current telecom services, vendors, and associated costs.

    • Develop recommendations for consolidation and optimization of telecom resources.

    • Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for leadership.

    • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to validate data accuracy.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom industry standards.

    • Present findings and cost-saving strategies to executive leadership.

    • Support implementation of approved changes and monitor progress.

    • Maintain clear documentation of all analysis and recommendations.

    Requirements

    Experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM): Proven track record analyzing telecom accounts, services, and vendor contracts.

     

    Business Analysis Expertise: Ability to gather, interpret, and document complex financial and operational data.

     

    Cost Optimization Skills: Demonstrated success in identifying redundancies and implementing cost-saving strategies.

     

    Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom systems, billing structures, and industry standards.

     

    Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost allocation; experience collaborating with finance teams.

     

    Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with reporting and visualization platforms.

     

    Communication Skills: Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to executive leadership.

     

    Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
