Truestone LLC is seeking motivated, dependable Warehouse Specialists to join our Installation & Integration (I2M) operations supporting multiple programs, including CTII, CIVMAR, SCORP, and SeaWatch. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working around ships and industrial environments, and being part of a tight, mission-focused team.
The Warehouse Specialist will handle receiving, staging, issuing, packaging, transporting, and inventorying government- and company-owned material. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and heavy materials.

Responsibilities
+ Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials, components, and equipment.
+ Stage and prepare material for shipboard installation teams and project sites.
+ Load, unload, and secure equipment using pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts.
+ Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
+ Transport materials between local sites, warehouses, and shipyards as needed.
+ Support material tracking, labeling, and documentation in accordance with program requirements.
+ Assist technicians and project teams with material pulls, kitting, and equipment preparation.
+ Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, bending, pushing/pulling, and working in industrial environments.
+ Work outdoors, in shipyards, or around vessels when necessary.
+ Follow all company, client, and Navy/USCG safety requirements.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid U.S. driver’s license.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
+ Strong physical ability; comfortable lifting 50-75+ pounds repeatedly and working on feet for extended periods.
+ Prior warehouse, logistics, industrial labor, shipyard, military, or construction experience preferred.
+ Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
+ Basic computer literacy (email, inventory tools, scanning systems).
+ Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
+ Ability to work in dynamic, sometimes high-tempo environments supporting multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in DoD, Navy, shipyard, or industrial warehouse environments.
+ Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
+ Familiarity with C4ISR equipment, cabling, or electronics inventory (not required but a major plus).
+ Experience using handheld scanners, barcoding systems, or digital tracking tools.
