Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing up to 20 projects simultaneously. This role involves managing all administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, updating clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and act as their advocate within our facilities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage multiple sales orders concurrently, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
+ Serve as the 'voice of the customer,' keeping clients informed throughout the project lifecycle from production schedule to delivery.
+ Coordinate with engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting to ensure project success.
+ Prepare and propose change orders as needed, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
+ Monitor project progress, proactively solve problems, and offer technical advice to expedite projects.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement in processes and systems.
+ Coordinate site visits and resolve any issues that arise from the point of sale to project completion.
+ Manage required submittals and approvals with customers.
+ Communicate with the Transportation department regarding delivery needs and follow up as needed.
+ Collaborate with other project managers and the plant manager to optimize scheduling and minimize conflicts.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or high-level Administrative roles within manufacturing or a related industry.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6+ years experience without a degree is acceptable).
+ Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with at least 2 years of experience.
+ Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to interpret production schematics and engineering drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with SAP is preferred.
+ Math skills are advantageous.
+ Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Work Environment
This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 7 AM to 4 PM, with slight variations possible. The role requires onsite presence, with the ability to work remotely during inclement weather. The workplace fosters a team-oriented and welcoming environment, with about 45 people on the production side and 10-20 in the office. Benefits include tuition reimbursement upon hiring.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
