Description

- Assist in product design, packaging artwork, and labeling to ensure compliance, consistency, and brand alignment for medical devices (e.g., syringes, injection systems, and related clinical products). - Collaborate with suppliers to gather technical specifications, Instructions for Use (IFUs), and regulatory documentation specific to medical devices. - Support the Product Approval Team (PAT) process and facilitate timely product launches for clinical products. - Evaluate substitute medical devices and cross-reference alternatives to optimize availability and support conversions. - Apply clinical knowledge to assess product usability, performance, and healthcare applicability, ensuring alignment with end-user needs. - Provide product knowledge and training to Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on device functionality and clinical best practices. - Conduct product performance analysis, usage tracking, and competitive benchmarking within the medical device category. - Deliver data-driven insights and ROI reporting to guide sourcing and sales strategies for clinical products. - Present professionally to internal teams, suppliers, and healthcare customers. - Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sourcing, and vendor partners to ensure alignment on medical device projects. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and streamline processes for device-related categories. - Ensure timely completion of product development and launch milestones, with accuracy and compliance of artwork and IFU documentation. - Contribute to private-label (HCS) growth and category expansion in medical devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
