Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. While the position is primarily remote, candidates should be available to visit our SEA41 office as needed for in-person sessions. Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and complete projects and programs, overseeing all aspects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
+ Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
+ Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.
+ Work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, marketing, and QA, to provide value and move projects forward.
+ Engage in stakeholder management and project management, focusing on improving internal processes and streamlining operations.
+ Be comfortable with data and reporting, following established guidelines to build out necessary reports.
+ Lead and direct the work of others with creativity and autonomy, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
+ Interact with teams developing new devices and features, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.
+ Proficiency in Excel and experience with program management and project management.
+ Ability to analyze engagement trends and experience in marketing analytics.
+ Familiarity with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
+ Experience in basic data analysis and the ability to explain results.
+ Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus.
+ Background in similar industries or previous experience with our organization is advantageous.
+ Quick learning ability and a proactive approach to improving processes.
Work Environment
The role offers a flexible, remote work environment with occasional in-office requirements at our SEA41 location. Our team is collaborative, fast-paced, and part of a global organization within the Devices & Services sector. You will join a team of 5 full-time employees and 5-6 contractors, working on beta programs and future device launches. The team culture emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
