Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is looking for a dynamic and strategic Local Store & National Retail Marketing Manager to oversee both Boost Mobile’s physical brick-and-mortar store marketing and the national retail marketing strategy for major resellers.
This role is responsible for driving foot traffic, customer engagement, and activations at Boost Mobile stores while also managing high-level marketing efforts across national retail partners such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Dollar General. The manager ensures both local store and national retail marketing strategies are aligned to maximize brand impact, customer acquisition, and sales performance. The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven decision-making, understands regional and national consumer behaviors, and can develop integrated marketing plans that cater to both store-level and national retail objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Hyper-Local Marketing Execution** : Develop and execute strategies that increase foot traffic to Boost Mobile stores, leveraging digital, traditional, and community-based marketing tactics.
+ **Cross-Channel Coordination** : Align marketing touchpoints across digital platforms (Google, Meta, DSPs), in-store experiences, and regional activations to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
+ **Grand Openings & Community Initiatives** : Plan and manage store openings, renovations, and community-driven events such as holiday promotions and give-back initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty.
+ **Localized Messaging & Store Engagement** : Develop messaging plans tailored to regional audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in engaging potential customers.
+ **New Technology Integration** : Identify and implement emerging technologies and tools that enhance customer engagement, improve campaign tracking, and optimize media investments.
+ **Performance Tracking & Optimization** : Analyze foot traffic, customer conversion rates, store locator engagement, and marketing ROI to continuously refine local marketing efforts.
+ **Franchise & Partner Support** : Work with franchisees, dealer locations, and DDP doors to provide tailored marketing support and ensure execution consistency.
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy Development** : Partner with internal teams to define and execute launch plans for new products, promotions, and initiatives that drive in-store engagement.
+ **Budget & Resource Management** : Oversee budgets for both local and national retail campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives.
+ **Competitor & Market Analysis** : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and regional customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
+ **National Retail Strategy Oversight & Management** : Lead the strategic vision for Boost Mobile’s National Retail overseeing all marketing efforts across Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Dollar General, and other retail partners. Ensure national retail marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and integrate seamlessly into the local store strategy.
+ **Managing the National Retail Marketing Lead** : Directly manage the National Retail Marketing Lead, providing strategic direction and oversight while ensuring the execution of initiatives that drive in-store sales, brand awareness, and conversions.
+ **Retail Partner Collaboration** : Work with major national retail partners to align Boost Mobile marketing initiatives with their promotional calendars, in-store merchandising strategies, and digital advertising efforts.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, retail marketing, or go-to-market planning.
+ Proven expertise in local media planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to strategy.
+ Experience managing budgets, allocating marketing spend, and tracking performance metrics.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration across teams and external partners.
+ Experience managing and mentoring direct reports to ensure strategy alignment and execution consistency.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
+ Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic ad platforms.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
