    Join the Wealth Management Solutions team as an Associate Product Manager supporting the firm's Donor Advised Fund (DAF) product offering. In this role, you will help shape the strategy, design, and integration of new DAF product launches and features, with a strong focus on digitalizing product workflow tools and elevating the client and advisor experience. You will contribute to investment processes, trading execution, and the development of solutions that empower clients and advisors to achieve their philanthropic goals. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and adaptable, with a background in capital markets, investment support, or product management. You should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrate effective communication abilities, and have experience working on cross-team initiatives. A passion for digital innovation and financial services is essential. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced agenda. Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CMT are advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support cross-functional teams to improve operating models and value propositions for DAF products, with a focus on trading, investment, and digital client/advisor experience.

    + Collaborate with digital product teams to develop and enhance investment workflow tools and client-facing features that streamline processes and support philanthropic objectives.

    + Assist in project management from strategy development through agile implementation, with attention to investment execution, asset servicing, and regulatory compliance.

    + Research and analyze new product capabilities and features based on client/advisor demand and market trends, especially in investment options and philanthropic solutions.

    + Prepare documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and wireframes to support UX design, technology development, and operations.

    + Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to address regulatory requirements and support risk management in trading and investment activities.

    + Contribute to executive updates on performance metrics, delivery status, and client/advisor feedback, with a focus on investment performance, trading efficiency, and digital experience.

    + Assist in go-to-market strategy and rollout of new investment-related offerings, ensuring clear communication and positioning to clients, advisors, and stakeholders.

    + Help identify and manage interdependencies across initiatives to support successful product launches and continuous improvement of digital workflow tools.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting, with exposure to wealth management, capital markets, or investment support.

    + Direct experience in trading, investment management, or related financial services roles is preferred.

    + Additional certifications (CFA, CFP, CMT) are a plus.

    + Proficiency in data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and problem solving.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

    + Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

    + Experience in project planning and product management is a plus.
