Contract Details: This contract is located in near Aurora, CO and will last the remainder 25/26 school year and into the year to follow. The contract pays $40 - 45 / hour for 32 student contact hours per week (40 hours per week paid) with a full benefits package. Before applying for the position, please ensure you are eligible for or already licensed as a Mathematics - Secondary Teacher through the Colorado Department of Education.
Role Details: We are seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive Educational Grant Writer to join our team. This role is responsible for researching, developing, and writing compelling grant proposals to secure funding that supports our educational programs, initiatives, and long-term mission. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex educational goals into clear, impactful narratives.
Local Pay: $40-45/hr
Setting: East Campus flexible on Remote options
Hours: Tues-Fri 32 hours per week (paid for 40)
Start: 01/06/26
Contract Length: remainder of '25-'26 School Year
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ Proven experience in grant writing, preferably within education or nonprofit sectors.
+ Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives.
+ Strong research abilities to identify funding opportunities and align them with organizational needs.
+ Project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
+ Knowledge of education sector trends, challenges, and funding landscapes.
