    What You’ll Do

    + Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions

    + Create and update patient-centered treatment plans

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes

    + Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards

    + Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations

    What We’re Looking For

    + Montana SLP license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

    + CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

    + Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

    + Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    + Previous SLP experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

     

    Some roles may require driving; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
