We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist/Recruiter for our growing organization!
In this role, you will contact potential and current study participants and accurately record each individual’s personal and health history and / or screener information to determine his/her qualification for studies to build and maintain the recruitment database. You will also provide welcome reception to subjects and other visitors to meet and greet individuals as well as provide direction and visitor screening/security for on-site locations.
Minimum High school diploma and 2 years work experience in a reception or public contact role. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Competency with computers and ability to learn proprietary software. Able to read, understand and build knowledge of study screening requirements, as they apply to subject qualification. Able to convey courtesy for subjects/patients, sponsors and other external visitors, and internal staff. Able to organize and prioritize with strong attention to detail. Discretion in maintaining subject confidentiality when provided with personal information. Able to work assigned schedule, as determined by clinical study demands and TKL business needs and priorities. This is a full-time position based primarily in our Elizabeth, NJ office. Position includes an hourly pay rate of $16.50 or more per hour, full benefits, 401(k) with match/profit sharing plan, and paid time off. Work schedule is 7:30am-4:00pm.
