*This position is an individual contributor role and will be based at our Seattle Headquarters, reporting to the Sr. Communications Director on the Corporate Communications team. The role will operate under our hybrid Flexible Work Policy, which requires employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and allows for remote work on Monday and Friday.*
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness and support growth initiatives within our Timberlands business, with an initial emphasis on international log markets.
* Work closely with sales,productand other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
* Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content and campaigns (digital, social, print) and manage promotional activities, including trade shows, with key business stakeholders.
* Manage vendor relationships and related budgets to support complex marketing projects and programs, including working with procurement teams to conduct RFPs and ensure projects are completed on time and meet requirements.
* Conduct market and customer research, track performance metrics and key data, translate metrics into business impact, and adjust and optimize strategies over time.
* Lead and support a variety of marketing-related projects at the corporate level, such as video production, presentation creation and other creative projects, as needed.
* Support the communications director and other members of the Corporate Communications team in executing the company’s overall communications and reputation management strategy.
* Develop and maintain close relationships with Weyerhaeuser leaders and employees throughout the company, including participationonvarious internal teams.
* Minimum 8 - 12 years of marketing experience, including significant experience creating and managing marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrated experience with digital and social media, including overall strategy, content creation, data-driven decisions and improvements, and modern digital tools.
* Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, and strong project management CA.
* Experience working with designers and managing complex design projects to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
* Experience developing and deliveringpresentations, andcomfort engaging with a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
* Previous experience conducting international marketing campaigns and working with international vendors is strongly preferred.
* Previous experience in forestry or related industry is welcome but not required.
* Integrity, initiative, authenticity, humility, humor, good judgment, drive, flexibility,curiosityand great listening skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business ora relatedfield.
* Some travel will be required (including international) several times a year.

*Compensation:*This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $117,300 - $176,100 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

*Retirement:*Employeesare able toenroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
*Paid Time Off or Vacation*
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with3-weeksof paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
