As a **Clinic Patient Access and Scheduling Rep** , you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, and keeping everything running on schedule.

    What You’ll Do Every Day

    + Serve as the friendly first point of contact—greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit

    + Schedule appointments efficiently to keep clinic operations running smoothly

    + Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure financial information is accurate

    + Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records

    + Assist patients with resources such as financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options

    + Partner with clinic staff to support daily operations

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus)

    + Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and providers

    + Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

    + Bonus: familiarity with medical terminology and insurance basics
