    Providence Medical Group is seeking a full time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding Hawks Prairie Family Medicine clinic.     * Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible

    * Outpatient care only

    * DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge

    * Centralized Triage and In-basket Support

    * Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)

    * Patient-centered medical home

    * Shared call 1:20 or better

    * Compensation is between $282,931 and $331,612 per year

    * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

    Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system. The National Committee for Quality Assurance has recognized its primary care clinics as patient-centered medical homes.
