Job Description
Support ongoing Global QA program activities and enhancements
Create schedules, prepare meeting materials, and manage meeting logistics
Take and distribute meeting notes and follow up on action items
Coordinate program updates, evaluation design, and self-evaluation programming support
Maintain program information on HyattConnect, ServiceNow, and other channels
Draft communications to field teams and respond to program inquiries
Assist with prioritization of QA requests and interface with Hyatt IT
Manage invoicing on a biweekly basis
Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and integrate activities into HyQuality programs

Skills and Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills with experience managing multiple priorities
Experience drafting compliance documents and presenting them
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to create and manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate cross-functional resources
Experience in program coordination, including documentation, communication drafting, and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with platforms such as HyattConnect and ServiceNow or similar systems
Ability to manage vendor collaboration and internal team coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in hospitality or quality assurance programs
Familiarity with evaluation design, checklist versioning, and pilot planning
Experience supporting IT-related requests and working with ticketing systems
Ability to assist with invoicing and financial tracking
Creative approach to presentation design and communication materials
