    Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of defense technology, modifying KC-130J aircraft.     As a Quality Supervisor on the LAIRCM Program you will augment a team of 3-4 employees, ensuring the quality of maintenance and modification of KC-130J aircraft. This is a hands-on role which requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team on-site at the subcontractor s facilities in Oklahoma City.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead a team of maintenance professionals in ensuring the quality of aircraft maintenance and modifications

    + Coordinate with maintenance crews, military personnel, and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of quality assurance tasks

    + Perform, and/or be involved in, aircraft maintenance/mod buyoffs, inspection, and testing of KC-130J aircraft

    + Review technical data and manage publications for maintenance & mod planning and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with quality standards

    + Maintain detailed records of maintenance performed, and initiate squawks (over & above s) as necessary

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent (HS 8)

    + Prior aircraft maintenance training and supervisory experience

    + Experience with MS Office Suite and computer/typing skills

    + Ability to use basic hand tools and flightline support equipment

    + O-level troubleshooting experience on military aircraft systems

    + Formal training in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Prior military aircraft maintenance experience/training

    + Certified 5-Level or equivalent

    + Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publications and Portable Maintenance Aids

    + Test & evaluation experience

    + Recent hands-on experience

    + FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    + Technical expertise in aircraft maintenance and modification

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
