    **PDS Tech Commercial** , partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a **Production/Inventory Coordinator** to support material flow and production readiness at a modern manufacturing site in **Mesa, AZ** .     Role Summary

    As a **Production/Inventory Coordinator** , you’ll ensure materials move efficiently through storage and production to keep operations on schedule. Your work monitoring work-in-process, communicating part status, and reconciling inventory discrepancies plays a critical role in avoiding delays and maintaining system accuracy in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage and production areas

    + Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and material flow to support uninterrupted production

    + Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reports

    + Analyze issues related to parts and materials; resolve or reconcile discrepancies

    + Maintain inventory and system accuracy

    + Coordinate with multiple teams to set priorities, expedite work, and complete production activities

    + Support daily operations under close supervision while meeting strict quality and schedule requirements

    + Maintain regular and predictable attendance

    Job Details

    + **Job Type:** Full-Time, Consultant (12-month assignment)

    + **Location:** Mesa, AZ

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, First Shift (4/10s), 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + **Pay Rate Starting at :** $21.10 per hour

    Required Qualifications

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

    + Basic working knowledge of SQL (Standard Query Language)

    + Experience with Tableau or other data modeling and reporting tools **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience supporting production, inventory, or material coordination in a manufacturing environment

    + Familiarity with automated inventory or production tracking systems

    **Pay Details:** $21.10 per hour
