Summary of the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking highly skilled **Sealers** to support critical fuel tank, structural, and component sealing operations for one of the most respected aerospace manufacturers in the world. In this role, you will perform detailed sealing, installation, and rework tasks that directly impact aircraft safety, performance, and reliability. Your craftsmanship ensures every aircraft meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

+ Apply sealants to aircraft surfaces in strict accordance with specifications.

+ Look up, read, and interpret technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English.

+ Install various aircraft system components such as panels and structural hardware.

+ Perform in-tank sealing in fuel tanks and other structural areas, including rework and wash operations.

+ Conduct bond and ground measurements to ensure proper electrical grounding.

+ Operate mechanical lifts including ladders, tiger lifts, and snorkel lifts.

+ Work safely with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.

+ Perform sealing and rework in confined spaces, with proper training and certification.

+ Carry and lift up to 35 pounds as part of routine tasks.

+ Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

+ 7 or more years of experience using software applications such as internet tools, email, Microsoft Suite, or other specialized computer systems.

+ 7 or more years of experience reading and following detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English.

+ 7 or more years of experience in advanced manufacturing, mechanical, or technical roles using basic hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

+ 7 or more years of experience working with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.

+ Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).

+ Ability to work in confined spaces with necessary certification.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and meet all physical demands of the role including bending, kneeling, overhead reaching, climbing, twisting, crawling, and crouching.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience sealing or reworking aircraft fuel tanks.

+ Prior background in aerospace assembly or aircraft structures.

+ Strong understanding of safety and compliance in regulated environments.

**Pay Details:** $31.09 per hour
