Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Senior Manager will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Ambient Acceleration strategy by conducting industry and market analysis, enabling cross-functional alignment, driving process optimization, and supporting transformational change initiatives. This role partners with senior leadership, merchandising, supply chain, and store operations to execute strategic mechanisms that enhance flow, efficiency, and operational performance across the network. **What You’ll Do:**
+ **Support enterprise strategy development** by analyzing market trends, defining performance metrics, developing decision-making frameworks, and translating the organizational vision—specifically Ambient Acceleration priorities—into clear, actionable plans for leaders and key stakeholders.
+ **Enable transformational change** by assessing readiness, validating value and priority, managing expectations, and supporting the implementation of new processes and mechanisms from pilot through full execution to ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
+ **Drive process improvement initiatives** by evaluating data, reviewing merchandising and operational insights, identifying barriers to performance, and partnering across divisions to implement solutions that elevate merchandising results, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
+ **Support strategic program development and communication** by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, contributing to business programs and associate-facing materials, and ensuring alignment across store and corporate teams.
+ **Provide operational and business direction** by assessing business needs, reviewing forecasts, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the execution of plans that enhance profitability, in-stock, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction.
+ **Strengthen organizational capability** by supporting talent development, mentorship, workforce planning, and capability-building efforts that ensure a highly skilled and engaged team supporting Ambient Acceleration initiatives.
+ **Promote company values and culture** by reinforcing standards of integrity and ethics, supporting compliance, and championing an environment of continuous learning and operational excellence.
+ **Build and maintain strong partnerships** by engaging internal and external stakeholders to support project execution, business planning, community involvement, and organizational initiatives tied to Ambient Acceleration.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
+ You have experience driving network optimization, improving flow, or leading Ambient Acceleration initiatives.
+ You excel at partnering with senior leadership to shape and support enterprise strategies.
+ You bring strong analytical skills and expertise in change management to deliver impactful results.
+ You have a background in retail, supply chain, or merchandising operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
