We are seeking anEntrée Cookto prepare high-quality entrées and hot food items that support our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This role plays a central part in fueling our guests with hot meals prepared with care, consistency, and pride. As an Entrée Cook, you will help shape the dining experience by delivering exceptional food service every day.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare hot entrées and side dishes according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.

+ Ensure all food is properly seasoned, visually appealing, and served at the correct temperatures.

+ Follow proper portioning standards to support consistency and customer satisfaction.

+ Taste prepared items to ensure quality and recipe accuracy.

+ Prepare meals for service or delivery in accordance with production schedules.

+ Follow established ticket processes and required documentation procedures.

+ Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and prep areas.

+ Store, label, and rotate food in accordance with safe food-handling policies; discard items when required.

+ Maintain organized refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with proper rotation practices.

+ Assist with ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels.

+ Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.

+ Participate in production planning meetings and complete required reports.

+ Attend safety and in-service training meetings as required.

+ Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and deliver friendly service to guests.

+ Perform all duties in accordance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

+ Prior hot food, entrée, or line-cook experience preferred.

+ Knowledge of safe food-handling and sanitation practices.

+ Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly and stand for extended periods.

+ Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork.

+ Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
