As the Strategy Lead, you will spearhead the planning and execution of our digital strategy (including the DTO 2.0 program) and champion a culture of agility, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across both IT and business teams. You will integrate high-level strategic objectives with actionable plans (OGSM to OKR conversion), bridging the gap between business vision and technology execution. Streamline governance processes (e.g. stage gate intake) to improve transparency and accelerate decision-making.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business domain leaders, IT delivery teams, and the PMO to ensure cross-functional alignment of digital initiatives with business needs. Establish strong communication channels and alignment between Business and IT, so that each digital initiative drives tangible business value (e.g. quality improvements, cost efficiencies, enhanced customer experience) in support of the company’s strategic priorities.

+ Innovation Leadership: Drive innovation across the organization by identifying emerging technology trends and new digital opportunities (e.g. AI, IoT, connected vehicle solutions). Incubate and champion innovative ideas through pilot programs or proofs-of-concept, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Provide thought leadership on how emerging technologies and digital solutions can create competitive advantage and support sustainable mobility goals.

+ Data-Driven Insight & Decision Support: Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategy and portfolio decision. Monitor industry trends, internal performance data, and key results to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Prepare and present strategic analyses and portfolio updates to executive stakeholders (e.g. CDIO and ELT), enabling informed, evidence-based decisions.

+ Operating Model Evolution: Champion the evolution of International Motors’ digital operating model towards greater agility and transparency. Implement best practices in lean portfolio management and agile methodology to improve execution speed and adaptability. Promote initiatives that strengthen foundational capabilities (e.g. enterprise architecture, data analytics, innovation processes) and enable effective execution of the digital strategy.
