What you can expect at your practice:

+ Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about establishing a patient panel in a rural setting

+ Location: Northumberland office, see a wide variety of patients across all age groups and conditions

+ Schedule: four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

+ No fixed days required; provider sets their own schedule

+ Call Rotation: Shared with provider group

+ Float as needed to any of the eight Family Practice locations in the North Region during low patient volume at home site

+ Provide coverage for vacations and PTO
