We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation Leader, who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives for our operations organization. As the Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to collaborate across various functions and teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Senior Director, Digital Manufacturing & Intelligent Automation and is part of the Global Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies. Your expertise in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT), will allow you to assess their potential impact on the organization's operations.
• Strong focus on establishing and progressing our Smart Manufacturing Global Strategy, which will include developing our Capability Center.
You will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams throughout the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with business requirements and objectives. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization.
• Driving cultural change and organizational readiness for digital transformation will be an important aspect of this role. You will be responsible for fostering a digital-first mindset throughout the organization, encouraging teams to embrace and leverage digital technologies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts will be crucial to staying updated on industry’s best practices and emerging technologies. This will enable you to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead in the digital landscape.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide guidance and support to our operation teams to ensure the successful adoption and usage of digital tools and technologies.
• Staying updated on relevant regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations will be a priority in this role.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making, will be valuable as you continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and navigate through ambiguity.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel ~ 40% travel
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ cGMP Medtech experience
+ Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry.

The annual salary range for this role is $220k-$240k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
