    Are you ready to define what world-class quality looks like in the booming **Data Center Liquid Cooling (DCLC)** industry? As our Global Quality Manager, you will set the strategy that ensures our products meet the highest standards of reliability for the biggest names in technology.

     

    You will be the architect of our global quality system, building a culture of **Zero Defects** from the ground up. You’ll lead our journey to integrate premier standards like **IATF 16949** across our worldwide sites, creating a unified and powerful quality organization.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Define and execute the global quality roadmap for our Data Center Liquid Cooling business, establishing a **Zero Defects** culture across all sites.

    + Serve as the key quality partner for our major **data center customers** , leading investigations and ensuring their total satisfaction.

    + Build a world-class Quality Management System by integrating **IATF 16949 principles** into our product development (APQP), manufacturing, and supplier processes.

    + Lead and unite our global quality teams, driving the standardization of best practices, tools ( **FMEA, PPAP, SPC** ), and processes worldwide.

    + Drive continuous improvement by using **Lean Six Sigma** methodologies to reduce scrap, improve yields, and solve complex quality challenges at their root cause.

    + Travel up to 25%

    What We're Looking For

    + A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

    + **8+ years of quality management experience** , ideally within an automotive ( **IATF 16949** ), thermal management, or complex manufacturing environment.

    + Deep expertise in core quality tools such as **APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D** problem-solving.

    + A proven track record of leading **global quality teams** and serving as the primary quality contact for major industrial or technology customers.

    + Certifications such as **Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, or IATF Auditor** are a significant advantage.
