What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned tech/media/telecom location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance as needed.

+ Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner as outlined by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

+ Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
