    Job Title: Manufacturing Process TechnicianJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Technician to support our product manufacturing processes. This role involves ensuring adherence to cGMPs, maintaining compliance with quality regulations, and contributing to process improvements.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct product manufacturing and provide support activities.

    + Complete routine documentation related to product manufacturing.

    + Assist in in-process activities and product development under supervision.

    + Incorporate pre-planned process improvements and cost reduction programs into manufacturing.

    + Perform equipment and process validations following established procedures.

    + Execute in-process product testing according to standard procedures.

    + Support manufacturing activities across departments as directed.

    + Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes.

    + Embody the core values and principles in all interactions.

    Essential Skills

    + High School diploma or Associate's Degree with at least five years of relevant manufacturing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline with one to three years of experience.

    + Knowledge of cGMP operations.

    + Ability to follow established written instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum one year of related experience in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical industry.

    + Basic math skills and familiarity with the metric system.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Experience with computerized inventory systems like SAP is advantageous.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + Understanding of the risks in handling hazardous materials.

    + Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

    + Strong organizational skills and adaptability to schedule changes.

    Work Environment

    The role requires physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking. The ability to push, lift, grasp, and use fingers is essential. Effective communication skills are necessary for verbal and written understanding. Repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers are involved. Occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds is expected. The work environment includes noise, proximity to moving parts and equipment, exposure to chemicals, and atmospheric conditions like odors, fumes, and dust.     This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
