Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable housekeeper to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning and sanitizing, assist with events, and provide emergency cleanup as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of multiple areas within the facility.

+ Provide emergency cleanup for spills using universal precautions to prevent infection and contamination.

+ Assist with setup and breakdown for special events.

+ Work special events as scheduled, including weekends.

+ Be on-call when short-staffed due to vacations or emergencies.

+ Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

+ Demonstrate accountability, participant focus, quality, independence, and mutual respect.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to work well with others.

+ Physically capable of lifting up to sixty (60) lbs.

+ Basic knowledge of commercial maintenance and housekeeping principles, practices, procedures, and equipment.

+ Dependability and punctuality.

+ Ability to respond to participant's needs in a pleasant, professional, and timely manner.

Work Environment

Work in multiple indoor and outdoor environments with varying lighting and temperature conditions. Hours are Monday-Thursday from 11am-7pm, Friday from 10am-6pm, and the second Saturday of each month from 2pm-9/10pm. Be prepared to work in extreme weather conditions when necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
