    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team as a Cleanroom Machine Operator responsible for monitoring product quality and performing quality control procedures. This opportunity offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance. The position is available for the 3rd shift, from 10 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor product quality, communicate issues, document findings, and react to problems.

    + Follow established quality reaction procedures.

    + Select unbiased FQA and customer samples as directed by the shift lead.

    + Perform customer-specific packing procedures, ensuring products meet customer-accepted criteria.

    + Maintain a clean packing area daily.

    + Assist in preparing machinery and the machine area for job changes.

    + Utilize non-productive time efficiently to meet departmental needs, including re-inspecting products, preparing packaging material, and assisting in other departments as needed.

    + Demonstrate a basic understanding of AIS, including sample collection and clearing jams.

    + Follow cGMP guidelines.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in cleanroom operations.

    + Proficiency in packing and inspection processes.

    + Experience in production packing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Previous work experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.

    + Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

    + Previous packing or production experience preferred.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
