• IT Support Specialist

    Description

    Proactively recruiting IT Support Specialists for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities across enterprise environments.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and network issues

    + Manage tickets through ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, or equivalent ITSM tools

    + Support user onboarding/offboarding, account access, and permissions

    + Troubleshoot O365, Teams, Windows 10/11, VPN, and basic network connectivity

    + Assist with equipment setup, deployment, imaging, and asset tracking

    + Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and technical procedures

    Requirements

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of IT support experience

    + Proficiency with Windows OS, O365, and ticketing tools

    + Experience with Active Directory, MFA, and SSO platforms

    + Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
